Thalaget Awlad Abdelhalim / Sons of Abdelhalim Fridge (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect in the app, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can request account deletion.

1) Who we are

We supply dairy, frozen goods, cheese, and butter to merchants and shops in Egypt through our mobile app. Website: sonsofabdelhalem.cloud

2) Data we collect

• Account data: name, phone number, password (stored hashed, not in plain text), shop name, governorate, address, and email if you provide one.
• Shop photo: if you upload a shop image or logo.
• Location: latitude/longitude or a map link if you allow it, to set a delivery address.
• Orders and payments: cart, orders, invoices, payment method, outstanding debt, and store credit.
• Notifications: a device token (FCM) so we can send order and offer alerts.
• Support: in-app support messages.
• Technical data: device type, basic error logs, and IP address on our server for security.

3) App permissions

• Camera / photos: to upload a shop photo. We do not access your gallery unless you pick a file.
• Location: optional, to set shop or delivery location.
• Notifications: for order status and offers. You can turn them off in system settings.

4) How we use data

• Create your account, sign you in, and reset your password (we may send a code on WhatsApp).
• Fulfil orders, invoicing, collections, and showing debt/credit.
• Contact you about orders, invoices, and support.
• Improve the service and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

5) Sharing with third parties

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): push notifications.
• WhatsApp: OTP, order updates, or invoice PDFs if your number is registered and WhatsApp sending is enabled.
• Hosting: the servers that run the app and website.
• We may disclose data if required by law in Egypt.

6) Retention

We keep account and order data while your account is active, and for as long as needed for accounting and legal duties after closure. We then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

7) Account deletion and your rights

You may request deletion of your account and related personal data via in-app support or WhatsApp at +20 126 003 1035. We will process the request within a reasonable time, keeping only what the law requires (for example invoices).

You can also update shop details, disable notifications, or deny location permission in your phone settings.

8) Children

The app is for merchants and shop owners, not for children under 13 (or the legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

9) Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and staff access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new date.
