يمكنك حذف حساب التاجر من داخل التطبيق وأنت مسجّل الدخول. الحذف يتم من التطبيق نفسه، وهذه الصفحة تشرح الخطوات.

1) الخطوات

افتح تطبيق ثلاجة أولاد عبدالحليم وسجّل الدخول برقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور.
من صفحة الحساب (الملف الشخصي) اختر حذف الحساب.
أدخل كلمة المرور الحالية ثم أكّد الحذف.
إذا كانت كلمة المرور غير صحيحة، يبقى الحساب كما هو وتظهر رسالة الخطأ. الجلسة لا تُغلق بسبب ذلك.
إذا كان لديك طلب لم يكتمل بعد — قيد الانتظار، مؤكد، قيد التجهيز، جاهز، أو خرج للتوصيل — لن يُحذف الحساب. أكمل الطلب أو ألغِه أولاً، ثم أعد الخطوات. الجلسة تبقى مفتوحة.
عند النجاح تظهر رسالة «تم حذف الحساب». يمسح التطبيق تسجيل الدخول من الجهاز، بما فيه الدخول بالبصمة، وتفتح شاشة تسجيل الدخول.

2) ماذا يُحذف

إمكانية الدخول بهذا الحساب، وجلسة التطبيق على الجهاز.
رموز الإشعارات المرتبطة بهذا الحساب.
ربط رقم الهاتف بالحساب، فيصبح الرقم متاحاً لتسجيل حساب جديد.

3) ماذا نحتفظ به

نحتفظ بسجل الطلبات والفواتير للالتزامات المحاسبية والقانونية. هذه السجلات لا تعيد فتح الحساب المحذوف ولا تسمح بالدخول به مرة أخرى.

لا يمكن إتمام الحذف من هذه الصفحة. لازم تكون داخل التطبيق وتعرف كلمة المرور الحالية.

You can delete your merchant account from inside the app while you are signed in. Deletion happens in the app. This page explains the steps.

1) Steps

Open the Sons of Abdelhalim Fridge app and sign in with your phone number and password.
On the account (profile) screen, choose Delete account.
Enter your current password and confirm.
If the password is wrong, the account stays as it is and an error is shown. That does not sign you out.
If you still have an open order — pending, confirmed, preparing, ready, or out for delivery — the account is not deleted. Finish or cancel that order, then repeat these steps. You stay signed in.
On success the app shows “Account deleted”, clears the saved sign-in on the device (including biometric login), and opens the login screen.

2) What is deleted

The ability to sign in with this account, and the app session on the device.
Notification tokens linked to this account.
The phone number’s link to the account, so the number can be used to register again.

3) What we keep

We keep order history and invoices for accounting and legal duties. Those records do not reopen the deleted account and cannot be used to sign in again.

You cannot complete deletion on this web page. You must be inside the app and know your current password.
